What you'll do with us

You'll learn how raw steel becomes a component that later carries an entire plant. We'll show you everything you need to know, from bolting to welding.

  • Metalworking: cutting, drilling, bending, welding, grinding
  • Reading and understanding technical drawings
  • Assembling components and structures
  • Working on real projects as part of a team

What will impress us

First things first: you don't need to know anything yet. Your motivation matters more to us than prior knowledge.

If you like working with your hands, letting things be explained and then tackling them yourself, and if you enjoy being part of a team, you'll fit in well with us.

  • A school-leaving certificate (Hauptschule or Realschule)

You carry out repairs and overhauls independently or as part of a team across a wide range of industries. We rely on your skills and your judgement.

What will impress us

You have completed training as a construction or industrial mechanic, metalworker or something comparable, or have corresponding experience on site. You work carefully and as part of a team, and you're always up for a new challenge. Then you're in the right place.

  • Training in metal or steel construction, or comparable experience

  • German (A2) for site work and safety
  • Welding experience is a plus

What you'll do with us

Du bist da, wo gebaut wird – in unserer Werkstatt in Soltau und direkt auf der Baustelle beim Kunden. Du schweißt anspruchsvolle Bauteile im Anlagen- und Stahlbau in Deutschland und ganz Europa.

  • Anspruchsvolle Bauteile im Anlagen- und Stahlbau schweißen – in der Werkstatt und direkt auf der Baustelle
  • Montageschweißen beim Kunden vor Ort – auch mal in der Höhe oder in engen Räumen, immer nach den geltenden Sicherheitsstandards
  • Schweißen mit den Verfahren 135 (MAG) und 111 (E-Hand) nach Schweißanweisung (WPS)
  • Arbeiten mit unlegierten Stählen (z. B. Baustähle) und hochlegierten Stählen (z. B. Edelstahl)
  • Materialstärken von 3 bis 80 mm sicher beherrschen – inklusive Mehrlagenschweißen und Fugenvorbereitung
  • Konstruktionsteile nach technischer Zeichnung und Konstruktionsplan heften und montieren
  • Deine Schweißnähte selbst im Blick behalten und per Sichtprüfung kontrollieren

Beim Schweißen zählt Handwerk. Wenn du dein Fach beherrschst und gern raus auf Montage gehst, passt du gut zu uns.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Gültige Schweißerprüfungen nach DIN EN ISO 9606-1 für die Verfahren 135 (MAG) und 111 (E-Hand) – das ist für uns Voraussetzung
  • Bereitschaft für Montageschweißarbeiten und flexible Einsätze auf wechselnden Baustellen
  • Erfahrung mit dicken Bauteilen (bis 80 mm) und sichere Schweißnahtvorbereitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit unlegierten und hochlegierten Werkstoffen
  • Technische Zeichnungen, Schweißfolgepläne und WPS liest du sicher
  • Zuverlässige, selbstständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist

Von Vorteil:

  • Erfahrung im Anlagenbau, Apparatebau oder schweren Stahlbau
  • Höhentauglichkeit
  • Führerschein der Klasse B für den Montageeinsatz
